Congratulations, Class of 2014!

The Silver School of Social Work graduated 589 students from bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs on Wednesday, May 20. Family and friends gathered inside a festive Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center and celebrated the accomplishments of this year’s class.

Jeane Anastas, professor and president of the National Association of Social Workers, delivered the keynote address. She provided a brief history of the profession, highlighted the inspiring achievements of students, and offered advice as graduates embarked on their social work careers.
