Community Building at the REACH Luncheon in Shanghai

Silver School faculty members Minchao Jin and Qian Xie and global MSW student Alecia Kipping spoke at the Community Center Shanghai’s first REACH Luncheon Thursday, November 12. The luncheon featured a panel of speakers, including Kipping, who shared their experiences providing counseling and mental health services in Shanghai.

Community Center Shanghai (CCS) provides programming for individuals and families to maximize their potential while in China. CCS bridges the cultural gap by offering opportunities to give and serve through charitable programs, enrichment classes, educational tours, orientations, professional counseling, and volunteer opportunities.
