Case studies
“My participation in the program changed the way I think about the challenges I must address in my program. The adaptive leadership model opens up a whole new angle at which to view problem-solving and I think that going forward this knowledge will enhance my ability to conceptualize problems and get creative about finding solutions. I also enjoyed reflecting on my cultural narrative and considering how it affects me as a leader.”
