NYU Bias Response Protocol for Faculty and Staff

Any employee who is the target of bias, discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation may make a complaint to any of the offices or individuals listed below:

1. NYU’s Bias Response Line;
2. The Human Resources Officer or Business Partner (“HRO”) of the relevant School or Administrative Department; for NYU Silver Staff, the person to report to is Nicolas Heller, Director, Human Resources (212-992-4327); for full-time Faculty, the person to report to is Dr. Victoria Stanhope, Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs (212-998-5942); and for Adjunct Faculty, the person to report to is Dr. Linda Lausell Bryant, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs (212 998 4309); 
3. Any supervisor; or 
4. For full-time Faculty, the Faculty Grievance Committee.
