NYU Bias Response Protocol for Faculty and Staff
Any employee who is the target of bias, discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation may make a complaint to any of the offices or individuals listed below:
- NYU’s Bias Response Line;
- The Human Resources Officer or Business Partner (“HRO”) of the relevant School or Administrative Department; for NYU Silver Staff, the person to report to is Evelyn Kleinbardt, Director of Administration and Human Resources Officer (212-992-6213); for full-time Faculty, the person to report to is Sandra Kim, Associate Dean, Finance and Administration (212-998-5952); and for Adjunct Faculty, the person to report to is Dr. Linda Lausell Bryant, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs (212 998 4309);
- Any supervisor; or
- For full-time Faculty, the Faculty Grievance Committee.
