Applications & Deadlines
Applications for Fall 2022 admission will open on October 15, 2021.
Applications for the DSW program are accepted only online. We encourage you to submit your application before the deadline. Please note that the committee does not evaluate incomplete applications.
The application for the DSW Program consists of:
- the completed online application;
- official transcripts of all college and universities attended;
- a personal essay;
- a recent professional writing sample;
- a curriculum vitae or résumé; and
- three academic or work-related letters of reference.
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) for applicants whose first language is not English (the TOEFL code for the Silver School is 2506)
Please note that a $75.00 nonrefundable application fee must accompany the completed application and is not credited toward tuition.
We require transcripts from all colleges or universities where you earned 12 or more credits.
You will be asked to upload an unofficial electronic copy of your transcript into the online application system. This can be either a copy issued to you from your academic institution or a copy in your possession.
We encourage you to upload your transcripts from your previous colleges or universities with your application; however, if you are unable, official transcripts may be mailed to:

Please note that the Admissions and Enrollment Services Office is working remotely due to COVID-19 and will not be checking mail; therefore, we highly recommend sending transcripts electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are unable to make admission decisions without your uploaded transcripts. While we do not need your official transcripts in order to apply to our DSW program, if you are admitted, you will be required to submit official transcripts showing all grades and degree conferrals.
