MSW Academic Advisement

Your academic advisor can assist you with class selection, degree audits, leave of absences/withdrawals, and other academic-related concerns. Students are expected to review the curriculum guide for their designated program pathway and consult with their academic advisor for additional guidance, if needed.

During your time at Silver, it is not required that you meet with your academic advisor, though you must make an advising appointment if you are making changes to your academic plan, experiencing a classroom issue, or facing major academic challenges.
