Social workers are dedicated to helping people reach their full potential and to achieving social justice. It is fitting that “Social Work: Compassion + Action” is the theme of Social Work Month 2025, which is celebrated in the United States throughout the month of March.
NYU Silver is proud to join this celebration of social workers and to highlight the value of our profession in society.
Below is a list of NYU Silver’s 2025 Social Work Month events, including ones that nurture the future social workers in our student body and others that also support practicing professionals and the people we serve. Happy Social Work Month!
