Newly Admitted Students
Now that you’ve been admitted to NYU Silver, we hope that you will spend some time getting to know us and learn what makes us special.
Accepted Student Events
Learn more about our MSW curriculum, student life, financial aid and scholarships from faculty, current students and admissions counselors. These events will allow you to get more details about what makes an NYU Silver education special and valuable.
Classroom Observation
Observe a class at NYU Silver to experience our close-knit community, rigorous coursework, and meet current MSW students and faculty! Only accepted students are given this opportunity and you are limited to one class observation during the fall or spring semesters. Note: Unfortunately at this time we are unable to have non-NYU students observe our in-person classes. Please check back in the spring for availability.
Connect with an Admissions Ambassador/Champion
In an effort to create dialogue between current and future students and build on our identity as an intimate educational institution within NYU, the Silver School has an ambassador program known as the “Silver Champions.” If you are interested in getting in touch with a current student, complete our matching tool.
NYU Campus Tours
NYU offers walking tours of our Washington Square, New York City campus specifically for prospective graduate students. Learn about the many schools, colleges, centers, and institutes that make up the university and get a glimpse of what life is like for our students. Learn more about tours and register for one on an upcoming date that is convenient for you.
If you are unable to visit in-person, you may access our 3-D virtual campus tour where you can explore the Washington Square Campus and hear an audio narration from an NYU graduate student tour guide.
